5. Customer Responsibilities

• Accuracy of Information: Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. Incorrect tyre size or location details may incur a call-out fee.
• Wheel Locking Nut Key: Notify us if the wheel locking nut key is missing. If our technicians need to break the nut, extra charges will apply.
• Tyre Selection: Specify whether you require a budget, mid-range, or premium tyre. If not specified, we will default to budget or mid-range tyres.
• Vehicle Condition Disclosure: The customer must disclose any issues that might hinder tyre installation (e.g. damaged or disfigured alloys, unsuccessful repair attempts).

6. Service Timeframe

Emergency services are typically delivered within 90 minutes to 2 hours post-payment. This timeframe may extend based on:

Severe weather conditions including storms, torrential rain, snow, or icy road conditions that may affect travel safety and are outside our control.

7. Cancellation Policy

Due to the urgent nature of our services, cancellations are only accepted within 5 minutes of payment. After this period, cancellations will not be permitted. This policy ensures operational efficiency and covers costs incurred from immediate resource allocation.
